Estimates are not offers
Our gold and silver estimator provides an approximate, informational estimate based on current market pricing and the information you enter. It is not an appraisal, an offer to buy, or a guarantee of any price. A final offer is determined only after we inspect, test, and weigh your items in person, and any offer is subject to your acceptance. Precious-metal prices change constantly, so estimates may differ from a final offer.
Appraisals and purchases
Appraisals are free and carry no obligation to sell. If you choose to sell, all purchases require a valid government-issued photo ID as required by Arizona law, and are subject to our inspection and testing of your items. We reserve the right to decline any transaction.
Appointments
You may book a free appraisal appointment through the Site. We may contact you by email, phone, or text to confirm, reschedule, or remind you about your appointment. Text messages are covered by the SMS terms below.
Text message (SMS) terms
Program. Phoenix Gold Buyers LLC offers a text-messaging program for customers and prospective customers. You can join by checking the text-message box on our gold calculator, by checking the consent box in the chat widget on our website, or by replying “Yes” when we ask in an Instagram or Facebook message. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Phoenix Gold Buyers at the mobile number you provided, which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, gold and silver price updates, and promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or estimate.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any feature — including submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Phoenix Gold Buyers name — is our property or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used without our written consent.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content, including all estimates, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate will match a final offer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Gold Buyers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on any estimate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
