- In person. If you sell items to us in our store, Arizona law requires us to record a valid government-issued photo ID as part of the transaction.

- To schedule, confirm, and send reminders about appraisal appointments
- To send you educational and marketing emails about our services (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages — for example, by checking the text-message box on our gold calculator, by checking the consent box in the chat widget on our website, or by replying “Yes” when we ask in an Instagram or Facebook message — Phoenix Gold Buyers may send you text messages. These can include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions and estimate requests, gold and silver price updates, and occasional special offers. Email marketing
We use GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) and Brevo to send our emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — such as our customer-management and messaging platforms (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and Brevo), our social-messaging tool (ManyChat), our market-pricing data provider, our website host, and our email and calendar services (Google Workspace) — and only as needed to provide our services.
